The table below lists each of the hikes in this guide. Select the hike that you are interested in and the guide will appear below the menu. Click on the Google Map icon and select 'Get Directions' and you can create your own map with driving directions to find your way to the trailhead.

The area around Grand Junction, Colorado is a mecca for outdoor activities. Hiking trails are in abundance and range from desert to mountain environments. Almost all of the trails can be hiked year round if the proper preparation is made. Each of the posts on this blog are for a different hiking trail, route or season of the year. A Google Map link is included to show the route that I took and hopefully enough pictures to give an idea of what the hike is like. The information on this site is provided as a resource to find new and fun places to hike. Please take full responsibility for how you use it. Hopefully it will inspire you to 'Take a hike'.
